Shipping Area
- At this time, DECÓNIMO ships only within the United States.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping, the promotion will automatically be applied during checkout.
Order Tracking
- After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
DECÓNIMO is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us with your order number.
We will gladly assist you by working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delivery Responsibility
An order is considered delivered once the shipping carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If your tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking household members or neighbors.
- Contacting the shipping carrier.
- Reaching out to us if you still need assistance.
